Our Story

Lydia Foley has deep roots in Southern New Hampshire, to her it is home.  When she graduated from Southern New Hampshire University she was happy to be offered a marketing position in the high technology industry.  She also obtained a real estate license and became a part-time agent.  Lydia was happy with her career in corporate and her increasing involvement in the community, but she discovered she had an entrepreneurial spirit.  Lydia founded Purple Finch Properties in 2015 and in two years built a firm with several agents and management positions.  

Lydia built her real estate business through relationships within the community and former clients.  Purple Finch Properties agents are trained to build their business the same way.  The firms culture encourages the team to work with clients in a way that develops long-term success in real estate, rather than only focusing on transactional goals.  

As Purple Finch Properties continues to expand in New Hampshire and Massachusetts our team will continue to offer clients individualized service.  We are committed to listening to you, and representing you in a way that creates a positive experience.
