From the very first meeting with Lydia we knew we were in safe hands because with her many years of experience in the field she is not only extremely knowledgeable about the Nashua area and beyond, she is also honest and helps you see each house for what it really is and not what you want it to be (it is so easy to fall in love with a house with pretty pictures online, but pictures can be deceiving and in reality it often looks very different). Lydia can easily distinguish when something is DIY vs professionally done and sees little things that I never would have thought of or even noticed. She pointed out when windows looked older and would need to be replaced, helped us think about traffic, traffic noise, and parking situations, and informed us of toxic industrial contamination not far from one house we wanted to see. She showed us every single house we asked to see (one time showing us 5 houses in one day) but never once made us feel like an inconvenience or it being a waste of time when the houses did not end up being "The One". When we eventually found our home, she was there for us every step of the way by regularly checking in during the financing process, attending the home inspection, and being there for us at the closing. I can go on and on about her outstanding work ethic and perfect mix of professionalism and fun personality, but to make a long story short - Lydia made the entire process from start to finish easy, organized, and fun, and I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in NH or MA!
